Ms Wheeler’s 1993 “how to” training manual has become a classic in the field. This training manual focuses on how to perform telephone triage, and  is a unique combination text/audiotape/workbook. It essentially launched telehealth as a subspecialty in 1993. It remains the classic “how to” and “go to” training manual to this day.
