UK Consultant: Sally-Anne Pygall MSc RGN

Sally-Anne is the leading expert in the UK on telephone triage and consultation skills. Her innovative company offers classroom based training, as well as on line programmes for both clinicians undertaking telephone triage and consultations. She also provided training for non clinicians such as GP Receptionists and Care Navigators who provide signposting services to patients at the first point of contact.

Sally-Anne has recently written a book which is published by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) entitled Telephone Triage and Consultations Skills: Are We Really Listening?  that is recommended by the General Medical Council in the UK.
